As a curvy woman I am delighted to see this online yoga class. Often people have the vision that every yogini is slim and taut but so what if they are not! Yoga is for everyone! At one class I attended the teacher was rounded like me and I heard people talk negatively about this. Again, yoga is for everyone. All ages and all shapes!
