Yoga Class Description

In this online yoga class, you will go over the basics of chaturanga, upward facing dog, and downward facing dog sequencing. These movements are the foundation of any Vinyasa class and having good form and alignment is crucial to avoiding injury. Have a bolster or pillow, strap and two blocks available. (14 mins.)
