This is an hour long Vinyasa flow class designed to open your hips and shoulders and leave you feeling energized! This online yoga flow sequence moves you in a meditative way, flowing you from your outer edges into your inner body with long holds and vinyasas in between. Joan's strong alignment cues and encouragement to match your movement to your breath helps to build steadiness and focus, releasing tension and softening your edges. Release all that does not serve you by breathing deeper into resistance! This sequence ends in a long hold in pigeon pose and drops you off into deep relaxation to help you feel renewed and open. An understanding of Sun Salutations is needed, and a block or blanket is suggested, but not required here. (57 mins.)
