Yoga Class Description

This online yoga practice is perfect for those that only have their lunch break to get in their yoga practice, but still want to have a well rounded class that will hit the entire body, pump some freshly oxygenated blood through their veins, and clear the mind to allow it to have a fresh start afterwards. Excellent for midday to get you back on track, whether you sit all day, are on your feet all day, or simply chillin', any day is a good day for a RECHARGE! Have two blocks available. (41 mins.)

Wouldn't classify it has hot and sweaty but it was exactly what I was looking for this afternoon. Great cues and enjoyed the sequence.

Was surprised by how great this class was, short but gets right to it, had me breaking a sweat! Was able to fit in a practice on a busy day when I otherwise would've skipped it, so glad I did :)

went to a few of seans classes while i was staying in so-cal. he not only got me excited about yoga again but really helped me understand and implement it as a "life style". not only is he patient, kind and not intimidating; you will learn to laugh, breath, sweat and curse under your breath- all at the same time ;)! amazing yogi..i recommend him to all my friends that love yoga from beginners to advance; sean is unique in his teaching and just very gifted. may you enjoy his classes like i did. ~namaste ;)
