Yoga Class Description

In this online yoga class, we will celebrate the energy of the summer, creating a strong link between the breaths and movement. Warrior III and handstand will be practiced. Have two blocks and a blanket available. (52 mins.)

Kyle Miller

Kyle Miller was born and raised in Souther California. She has been practicing yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2005. She is grateful every day for the teachings of yoga and the opportunity to share them. Trained in India, in the Nilgiris Mountains at an Ayurvedic Retreat and Hospital and in NYC, at the Jivamukti Yoga School (completing their 300 and 800 hour programs), Kyle has a genuine respect for the philosophy and practice that is infectious. Her yoga classes combine pranayama, asana, bandha and esoteric wisdom with humor, love and grace. Chinese medicine, taoism, Buddhism, and the traditional yoga philosophy of the Yoga Sutra and the Bhagavad Gita inform her teachings and provide the spiritual backbone for the practical life lessons revealed in her classes. In Kyle's class, we practice to realize our joyous embodiment! Expect to be challenged and uplifted, energized and calmed, revved up and then soothed completely.
