Leading a long and full life can often result in less mobility in our spine and actually shrinking in height due to the gravity that is upon us. This online yoga practice opens up the spine by going through the primary planes of movement. Poses feature side body lengthening, twists, backbends, and forward flexion in a variety of flowing movements, standing poses, and supine poses. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes.
