Yoga Class Description

This online yoga class is an easeful way to warm-up to the day. This 15-minute sequence will start moving your energy and breath rolling right out of bed. Poses are slow but dynamic and move with the breath. A great way to start the day off right, and short enough to do every morning even before work or getting the kids off to school.
