Yoga Class Description

In yoga, the side body is often overlooked, but lengthening and stretching it can give freedom to your spine, your organs, your upper body, pelvis, and hips. This online yoga class has it all! Undo the sitting, hunching, and rushing of everyday life with some unique lengthening and twisting variations. After this one-hour class, filmed live at Yoga Tree, you will find yourself sitting and standing taller, and you might even find yourself craving it over and over again. You may need blocks and a blanket. (60 mins.)
