Yoga Class Description

This feel-good Vinyasa flow class with Joan Hyman targets your shoulders, opens the thoracic spine, and will leave you feeling energized! This is an hour long practice open to all levels with strong holds and dynamic movement to get you in a meditative zone. A great start for your day and all levels are welcome. You will need a strap and a block and an understanding of Sun Salutations will help you enjoy the flow. (58 mins.)
