Yoga Class Description

Unwind the built-up tension between the shoulder blades, in the trapezius, in the upper back and neck. This is a common imbalance in most of us because we do so much driving and sitting at our desks. This shoulder-opening, stress-reducing practice is mostly done seated, but includes some fairly challenging poses. Have two blocks, a cushion or pillow, and a strap available. (26 mins.)
