Tight shoulders can lead to head aches, disturbed breathing and pain that moves into the upper back or down into the arm and hand. This online yoga practice will go straight to the shoulders from many directions in the joint, moving the muscles in different ways in the joint to create some space. We will also be breathing into these regions to allow some of the emotional, mental stress that might be lurking to exit. The class includes Sun Salutations and versions of shoulder openers that also open up the side body and front body. You will feel free, spacious and happy! Please have a strap, two blocks and a blanket available. (40 mins.)
