Yoga Class Description

Our shoulders tend to hold on to everyday tensions and through consistent release in our yoga practice, we gain sensitivity to how and when the shoulder is tensing up. With this new information, our habits will begin to change in how we hold our shoulders walking, driving, and carrying objects. This online yoga class will help continue to develop this awareness and develop new, healthier habits. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes. You may want a block and blanket for this yoga practice. (55 mins.)

My only complaint is the audio! It cuts out several times and in some cases, if you don't have your eyes on the screen, you're missing movement cues. Aside from that it's a great class for moving through the release tight shoulders. Thank you!

She often weaves in pranayama and meditation techniques to promote greater balance and mental clarity. For more on Brenna: www.brennageehan.com and www.sriyogaretreats.com.
