Seeds of Intention - Shortened Practice

Yoga Class Description

This online yoga practice was designed for busy days. As a working mother, Danielle understands that there are days that your asana practice is crammed into strange times when you are short on free moments. We can still enhance ourselves spiritually and physically on these days by doing a shortened practice in the early or late hours, during a lunch break in the office or at baby's nap time. This shortened session is a well rounded practice including Sun Salutations, Warrior variations, balance, core work, and heart and hip opening. Enjoy your practice every day and grow your seeds of intention. (39 mins.)

While this is a fine SLOW flow class, it is definitely not "crazy sweaty" and should not be classified as such.

Challenging sequence for short time. My thighs are quivering and yet I am taller, lighter and invigorated!

Melissa T

Good practice. Lots of different elements included in a short time.

Samantha W

A great practice just before work! Thank you, Danielle!

Elisabeth T

I wouldn't call this "crazy sweaty," but it was creative and challenging, especially as an early morning practice. I feel invigorated and ready for my day!

this class was absolutely amazing!! For a short practice, it was actually quite challenging, especially the core workout in the middle. I did it in a heated room and this in combination with the longish holds on the poses was absolutely delicious. This will be my new go-to class when I don't have time for a full practice. Please please please post more classes from this instructor!

Wow, this is truly the best online class i've ever done! I've been doing yoga for 10+ years and there were new combinations I had never done before - fun! Like the sequence into the airplane. I really, really enjoyed the silences in between the poses. Kind of in contradiction to that, a little music is the only thing that could add to this class. I'm going to do many more of this one and others. Thank you :)
