Yoga Class Description

Time in the saddle strengthens your legs, but it can also tighten your chest and hips and weaken your back. Join Team LUNA Chix for this all-levels online yoga class, perfect for cyclists, triathletes, and anyone who spends time in a chair. Focusing on opening the front of the body and strengthening the back, we start with a passive backbend, move to a dynamic warm-up, then investigate core strength before enjoying supported fish and bridge. Two yoga blocks and a few pillows will enhance your experience. (84 mins.)

Excellent cuing throughout! great use of inquiry to specific body areas, breath, ect. I really appreciated the variety of modifications for all poses and the empowerment to the student to listen to their own body and its needs in the moment. Nice extra info about how the poses benefit the cycling and why. Thanks! will return to this class!
