Yoga Class Description

We practice dharana, intense concentration, in strength-building flows and balance poses in this online yoga for athletes class. Choose and use a mantra to keep you steady and focused through Sun Salutations with standing poses and in Warrior III and a standing extended-leg sequence. Follow with boat pose and some hip and hamstring stretches. (47 mins.)
