This is the best of the Iyengar style classes I have done yet. I loved the twists that are in the class, they are creative and challenging. Love the way we can also have so many perfect angles to see the pose at, this helped me a lot with alignment. Thank you so much!

A nice practice that gets right to it. I really enjoyed finding a session that includes both headstand and shoulder stand! Hope to see more Iyengar-based classes on here soon!

Nice workout. I have a wrist injury so can't do a lot of the workouts that require down dogs, etc. This is still a challenging workout without putting pressure on wrists. I really like how the instructor describes how to get deeper into each pose.
