She specializes in therapeutic yoga for those of all ages living with arthritis. She knows first hand what challenges a diagnosis of arthritis can bring; arthritis runs in her family. Kim McNeil has seen how the disease affects the well-being and quality of life of her friends, family, and clients, many of whom are young adults. She works to help them manage their chronic pain, regain their independence, sleep better, manage stress, and feel their age again.
