Amazing! I took the beginning class because with the level available this seemed like a mini workshop on back bends. I am so glad I did this class! The fact that you are using Sanskrit names for all the poses is very useful. I have been trying to study them but it is actually pretty rare to hear them this continuously used. As well, I love the vibe of the studio! I bet it is super helpful to have a mirror to check yourself to make sure you are aligned. This is also my first try of Iyengar yoga and I love it! Thank you!

Getting back to yoga and this was a great class to start with. Also new to online classes: found audio clear, pace steady and video easy to check back on if I didn't understand something. I find Kim's way of teaching welcoming and informative. Thanks!

I thought this was a great beginner class. Nice attention to modifications for the poses and making sure you get into the pose correctly.

Michelle V

This was a nice relaxing class. She is a good instructor.

Lily B

The inconsistency of audio volume was bothersome and I disliked the camera angle. The camera was behind the teacher, showing the class, but the instructor mirrored the poses of the class. That leaves me as the viewer mirroring no one. This is my first Yoga Vibes video, and I'm underwhelmed.

Kristen O

Not a beginner beginners class. Must know the names of poses. But great, easy class.

Matthew M

Good class, nice instructions and modifications. I like her calm voice and presence.

Marina S

I want to feel her confidence, her willingness to show up and take risks and have a full, strong presence that inspires her students. I also want more detailed instruction - that which I usually come to Iyengar for.

Sharon C

Excellent class! Great way to start my day - asanas touched on all areas of the body and I feel rejuvenated and awake.

Pam S

Good class. Optional props include a strap and a block. I was thrown off that the "Rockin" class didn't actually have music, but obviously it was fine.
