Yoga Class Description

This online yoga class features a slow, steady build to open the shoulders, creating balance in the front and back body. Focus on strong core work, including side plank (vasistasana) and forearm balance (pincha mayurasana). A long cool down ends this well-sequenced flow. (93 mins.)
