Yoga Class Description

This online pranayama series is perfect first thing in the morning or as a mid-day practice. This online series is all about waking up your heart energy, expanding your life force and making you as radiant as possible. You will tune-in with the Adi Mantra from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. (21 mins.)

I basically maintain my membership with yoga vibes because of this class! I try to do yoga every day, and most days I only have a few minutes so I do this. I have a tendency towards depression and a week of doing this daily can break me out of downward cycle and leave me feeling uplifted and energized to move foreword. It's really such a wonderful class. I've never experienced anything else so powerful in just 20 minutes!
