This class is an amazing blend of slow flow and kundalini. With an essential focus on breathwork, there is room in this sequence to breath! Instruction focuses on breathing in to heart open and exhaling when folding, as well as taking full inhales and exhales in transitional/resting postures before moving on to the next. It is an awesome blend of fluid movement and kundalini breath and movement! Your body will feel cleansed and energized after this sequence, and your energetic and physical body realigned.
