Jenny combines classic vinyasa poses and sequences with a prenatal focus on releasing tension in the hips and lower back. As an expectant mom, Jenny understands both the power and limitations of the prenatal body and helps her students adapt their practice to fit their individual needs. Jenny Neuville is a certified prenatal and vinyasa flow instructor in Washington, D.C. As an instructor she enjoys sharing the beauty and benefits of yoga with others. Her classes create an environment where students are pushed to challenge both their mind and body, leaving class with a sense of strength and clarity.
