In this prenatal yoga sequence, you will work to create space and alleviate pain in the sacroiliac joint caused by laxity in the pelvis. You will also work to stretch out your external rotators, located in the outer seat, to lessen symptoms felt from the sciatic nerve. Have a blanket, two blocks and a bolster or pillow available.
