Overall, this class is good. I appreciated the coverage of what to avoid and how to modify accordingly. However, the sequencing is rather basic and extremely repetitive. I am pregnant, but I would still like a workout with some variation and a nice flow.

Great class, complements the other prenatal classes on here well as it is a bit more energetic.

Thank you Cat for a wonderful class! This class will leave the student feel grounded, calm and open in the body. It is also a great class to take before going to regular vinyasa flow classes because it prepares the mother to be for situations and poses to avoid and suggests great modifications. A must see!

Great class for women during their first trimester. Loved it!
