Yoga Class Description

This is a morning or evening pranayama practice into a short, led meditation. It is perfect as an addition to any of your asana practices or as a stand alone practice first thing in the morning or before bed at night. Begin with a kriya called kapalabhati breath, which will be followed by some ujjayi breathing. The class will end with a short meditation and alternate-nostril breathing. You will leave feeling calm. Have a blanket to sit on and dim the lights. (27 mins.)
