This was quite lovely and contains brilliant sequencing!! It might seem subtle to notice that because certainly other teachers would think of using those same poses to prepare for the final apex pose (vasisthasana). But it is that EVERY SINGLE pose was magically necessary and eloquent. Not one pose could be left off or added. Also, the way she progressed was so nice and particularly safe for a group of mixed levels. I was so impressed!!! A lot of times I hear teachers sitting around planning classes and throwing in poses just because people like them or to stretch a part of the body, yet they do not relate to the apex pose. In this case EVERYTHING was necessary. They say that is what makes a song or movie great, and obviously the same thing applies to a yoga session. The only suggestion would be to select a solution to the heavy breathing. It can be removed by adding a couple of extra mic screens and/or changing the angle of the mic. Also, it is not too difficult to edit that out of the audio. I ALMOST did not watch this video due to the heaving breathing and popping, but I am glad I did. It is still well worth it and a beautiful practice.
