Yoga Class Description

This all levels Prana Vinyasa Flow practice combines hip opening, shoulders, side waist and back bending to offer a completely fortified and restorative flow. The focus on the fundamentals of vinyasa makes this practice ideal for beginners as well as intermediate students. Have a block and strap available. (82 mins.)
