Yoga Class Description

This revolved seated twist, Parivritta Janu Sirsasana, can be difficult to access, but yet it feels so good! In this 30-minute online yoga practice, Stacey will prepare you for this pose through hip openers, twists, and side lengtheners. Then she will show you a wonderful way to use a strap to leverage yourself into this juicy stretch. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes. Have two blocks, a blanket and a strap available. (29 mins.)
