Yoga Class Description

In this Level 1-2, ParaYoga Hatha flow, we explore the lengthening of the spine and invite upward moving energy in order to cultivate a calm, spacious mind. Dynamic movement and a 1:2 breath ratio assist in calming our energy, both physically and mentally. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes. Wow - truly an excellent class and one of far too few hatha courses on Yoga Vibes. Brenna guides you through conscious breathing that gives both physical and spiritual benefits throughout the practice. A nice long shivasana at the end is well earned. A perfect remedy after spending hours hunched at the desk. I gave the video 4 out 5 stars only because there are issues with sound quality. A shame - would be great to see more courses from Brenna on here. Thanks!
