Yoga Class Description

Begin your day with this online yoga practice filmed live at Yoga Tree and designed to empower you to live your most vibrant life. Through mindfulness of the breath, strong legs, and active, engaged core, you will find yourself ready to meet the challenges of even the most demanding schedules. A combination of poses culminating in a simple backbend and a short seated meditation will leave you feeling grounded, clear, and open for your day. Sit longer if you can!
