Yoga Class Description

This level 2/3 flow class is full of asanas to open the body in the best possible way to prepare the body to move into variations of Visvamitrasana. By practicing these asanas with regularity, you're sure to take flight into Visvamitrasana in no time! If the peak pose doesn't come right away, be patient with yourself and keep practicing. The more you practice this online yoga class, the more taking flight will become easier and easier! Have two blocks and some wall space available. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes. (41 mins.)

Thanks Laura - Just tried this thoughtful approach to a difficult posture. The prep poses were good and having space for those of us ready for the partial pose versus the full pose was very helpful.
