Twist & Cleanse
In this online yoga class with Joan Hyman, you will begin with warming up the muscles around the torso moving into a shoulder opener to prepare for one of the deepest standing twists, Parivrtta Parsvakonasana (revolved, extended side angle pose)! Then flip upside down with Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance) to wring out the spine and release the legs, leading into some gentle backbends and hip openers. A true feel good class! (64 mins.)
