"Quickie" American Power Yoga

Online yoga class designed for the intermediate student, this practice will build the strength to flow with the ups and downs of daily life. The Sun Salutations, standing poses, backbends, hip openers and twists in this online yoga class will help to increase flexibility and relieve tension. (35 mins.)

This class was perfect for me. With the intention of having the time in my busy day to take a longer class on Yoga Vibes, as we all know sometimes our day doesn't pan out like we planned. I was determined to practice and a great stimulating class, while at the same time inviting softness to my body was exactly what I needed. Kurt does a great job of showing modifications if you want it. Lets face it, we can usually all find 35 min. for practice, peace, and patience for ourselves and our minds and boy do we feel better afterward. Om Shanti!
