I have watched quite a number of videos on yogavibes, and no instructor has left a better impression on me. Cora's instruction shows a deep level of knowledge, and she spends a lot of time telling you what you maybe feeling and how to enjoy it or correct it. I also found Cora's tone of voice and temperament extremely soothing and really helped calm and center me.
