Bar Effect
This online barre technique class is a non-stop, 60-minute full body strength and stretch class that combines fluid, large and small muscle movements, pilates-inspired standing moves and floor sequences, and combinations that require small (2-5 lbs) hand weights. This class has a pilates flair and an athletic, ballet twist! The exercises are rooted in deep muscular contractions and are designed to sculpt your arms, shoulders and back, define your abs, and slim your thighs and seat, producing a leaner and stronger YOU! Several muscle groups are challenged simultaneously and the continuous sequencing keeps the heart rate up, adding to the cardiovascular benefits of the class.
