Yoga Class Description

Don't feel like leaving the floor, how about 30 minutes of supine poses?! This is not just a good stretching class. Using active engagement, you will learn to strengthen and stretch simultaneously to effectively open your hips and legs. A strap will be helpful, especially if your hips and hamstrings are tight. Finish this online yoga class feeling relaxed in your lower back, hips and legs, and with the sensation that you worked for it.
