Yoga Class Description

In this gentle hatha class you will focus on grounding, calming, hip openers led by Darcy Lyon and filmed live at Yoga Tree. The tantrics speak about two primary flows of energy, our extroversive (vama current) and our introversive (yjestri). In general, our life invites our attention to flow outward in tasks and "doing nature" in the world. This grounding, quieting class uses the wall, hip openers and restoratives to invite us to abide in our "being nature" inside. Perfect for beginners or anyone who needs some quieting and calming in their day! Have a bolster, two blocks and blankets available. (80 mins.)

Darcy Lyon
