Utthita Parsvakonasana or Extended Side Angle Pose is a common standing pose and an excellent hip opener. It is a "go to" pose for a yogi to warm up, get grounded, and return to center. This online yoga class will open all sides of the legs and hips, especially the inner thighs, and help refine your understanding of the biomechanics of the front leg in Parsvakonasana and Virabhadrasana II.
