Yoga Class Description

This online yoga practice, ideal for the end of the day, reconnects you to your breath as you unwind and release the tension of the day. Using engaged core work and hamstring and hip openers, you will regroup and reclaim your energy to settle into your evening and rest well. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes with Stacey Rosenberg. Have two blocks and a blanket available. (33 mins.)

I really enjoy this instructor's classes - this one included. They are always so creative. I really appreciate how much she covers in such a short class - with no feeling of being rushed! Her cues are excellent and really make you think about finding the integrity in each pose.
