Yoga Class Description

This online yoga class, filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes, focuses on opening your hips and legs and works towards Hanumanasana, the splits. Whether your pelvis is hovering above the earth or resting on the floor, this class will equip you with everything you need to deepen your pose. Please have two blocks available. (58 mins.)

What an amazing class. Never have my hips felt so great, they feel as wide as the sky in Texas! Yet this also was such a well rounded class, the twists and grounding though downward dog were the perfect combo. Thank you and Namaste!
