This online yoga class is intended to prepare any level of practitioner for handstand. It begins with a warm up to open your legs and hips and activate your core. The class progresses methodically, creating stability and range of motion in your shoulders. You will learn several steps toward kicking up to a handstand, and are invited to work at your level while building the strength and confidence to get there. For the students who are already able to kick up, this class will help you find more steadiness toward balance. Change your perspective and turn your day upside down!
