Yoga Class Description

This online dynamic flow focuses on nourishing the kidneys (sometimes called the system of youthfulness and vitality in Chinese medicine) by focusing on a pulsation of the love squeeze of a backbend and it's counter movement of widening and expanding the kidneys. This yoga practice features side lengthening and widening poses, and both strengthening and opening backbends.
