Yoga Class Description

In this short online yoga class for athletes and anyone, we cultivate flexibility in the areas that can get tight from swimming: shoulders, chest, hips, and ankles. No experience is needed; enjoy the attention to your body and breath as you relax into these longer holds of simple stretches. (26 mins.)

Although I'm not much of a swimmer, this routine feels great after being in the pool. It is also a good restorative routine after a morning of kayaking. Thank you, Sage!
