Finish with a supported backbend to release the hip flexors further. Have a yoga block or a blanket on hand for this practice. (29 mins.)

This half-hour yoga for cyclists video was my introduction to yoga I could finally do--as a very stiff-limbed cyclist. It led me into the rest of Sage's videos on yogavibes, which have made a huge, positive impact on my non-yoga exercise routines.
