Yoga Class Description

Move in a struggle-free way to work your edges in this online yoga class with Pete Guinosso. Using deep hip and hamstring opening poses to access these areas physically, and then using your breath to mindfully work the realm between uncomfortable and comfortable. Great class for athletes (runners and cyclists) that are working with tight hips and hamstrings, but also beneficial for anyone who sits for long periods each day. Have two blocks available. (40 mins.)

I feel more open in the hips for sure, but I agree that the flow is awkward. Not sure I'd repeat.

Kari J

A nice slow flow that opens the hips. I feel so much better afterwards and that's what counts for me. It's not a major workout, but that is not what I was looking for. I save this one for when I'm feeling a little too crunched up in my torso and hips. Perfect.

Sara P

This practice was exactly what I needed after a tough WOD of box jumps, lunges, squats, kettle bell swings, russian twists, etc. I feel wonderful. Thank you.

Molly C

Not as good as Journey to the Core or Unraveling the Hips, Shoulders & Neck, but still good. It's not as challenging but I do feel more open. Always a plus.

Abby B

Definitely opens the hips and hamstrings but it was kind of an awkward flow.

Erin E

Love this sequence especially for athletes newer to yoga. Beginners and more advanced students can get a lot of benefit out of this short but well-rounded practice.

Jadine T

Great Sunday morning yoga. Pete has a calming voice with clear instruction.

Valentine C
