Yoga Class Description

Gwen's signature style of creative Vinyasa flows with a hybrid functional strength feel. In this online yoga class you will target the legs, quads and hamstrings in a challenging flow. Find your stability and open the legs to protect the knees and hips. A challenging yet accessible Vinyasa class designed to get the heart rate going with an energetic style of yoga linking breath to movement through a sequence of postures and a set of dynamic holds and core strengthening.
