In this one hour online yoga class, we will focus on a whole-body flow with some longer holds to open the hamstrings and relax the hip flexors. This is a great class for runners, athletes, and those of us who have to sit for our jobs. Alexandra offers many options, so the class works for all levels. Have blocks nearby for use in low lunge and revolved triangle. We will also explore supported bridge with a block - an excellent way to open the front of the hips! (63 mins.)
