When there is low back discomfort, it often feels as though it needs to be "stretched out." This practice teaches you how to create harmonious strengthened muscles so your low back feels stable, open, and capable. Poses are taught progressively so that you can do as little or as much as feels right for your body and your back today. You shouldn't experience any pain. Have a block and blanket available.
