Yoga Class Description

This is a balanced flow class to hit a little bit of everything. It is perfect for days when life gets hectic and you crave a practice to help recalibrate the body. This online yoga class uses lots of continuous movement to bring you back to a place of calm and ease. Have a block available. Enjoy! (68 mins.)

This was fantastic! Perfect pace and balance of strength and stretch. You get everything you need in this class, twists, folds, inversions, backbending, sun salutes, standing postures, balancing. LOVED!!!

Lovely well rounded class. Did not seem rushed at all for being only an hour. Only had to modify twice- in hi lunge prayer twist I dropped my back knee and reached around for the back foot for the quad stretch, and in pigeon I did my left leg first since we had just done figure 4 on the left side- it made more sense to me. She has a really great, soft energy while keeping space for a challenge. Definitely enjoyed!

Kat Fowler is a NYC based yoga teacher, E-RYT 500, and teacher trainer with 1000+ hours of training, known for her light hearted and inspirational style of teaching that encourages personal expression, inner connection and courage through movement. Kat works with Yoga Medicine as a lead mentor in their teacher training programs all over the globe.
