Yoga Class Description

Mindful movements that promote healing are the focus of this online yoga class. Open to all levels and focused on therapeutic movement principles that will help identify imbalances while strengthening the mind and body. A full body sequence of postures for beginners to advanced practitioners. The postures in this yoga practice promote strength and flexibility while fostering deeper levels of concentration. Recommended for students who want to strengthen and balance their mind and body while developing a strong foundation in alignment principles. Have a block and strap available. (51 mins.)

Your descriptions of the poses are awesome. I found it easy to follow along focusing inward most of the time instead of on the screen to get the pose right, and at the end, I felt myself sitting taller. Thanks for the lovely hour!

She themes each flow so her students can evolve, both spiritually and physically.
