Loved it! Feeling fabulous, and I'm going to follow up with a yoga nidra. Ahhh, lovely way to start a Monday!

Lauri J

This was a lovely class and was very much a deep stretch class

Angela K

I was disappointed this wasn't a true yin class, but more of a slow flow/restorative class. The class was good, but I wish it was labeled differently.

Ramzi N

Wonderful Yin class. The poses and meditations were excellent. One of my favorites.

Natascha M

Susan K

This is a wonderful series of Yin classes (1-3), the sequencing is designed beautifully, the movements are calm and fluid and the teacher's voice is soothing and measured. I have done class 1 and 2 (this one has slight audio issues) and can't wait to do class 3. Thank you for including Yin into your lineup of classes, this is the style that I do the most (sprinkled in with some light vinyasa) during longer distance running training phases.

Yin has been calling out to me for the last few months. How auspicious that such a talented teacher should have come to Yogavibes! Shala's instructions to build the pose, the gentle movements to find my first edge and commentary to allow me to looker deeper and release into self will make her videos ones that I will revisit and practice again and again...More from Shala, pleeze!

Shala Worsley

In her classes, Shala Worsley draws on the alignment traditions of Iyengar, the flowing aspects of Ashtanga and Vinyasa, as well as therapeutic yoga, Yin yoga, meditation, pranayama and yoga philosophy. She's passionate about practicing yoga in nature and exploring our innate connection to the Earth and the cosmos. Shala is the director of her own Asheville School of Massage and Yoga and teaches at the Asheville Yoga Center.
